Lake Superior Collection

Eons-old volcanic basalt, shaped and polished by the unrelenting forces of the world’s greatest lake, Superior, provide both inspiration and material for these works.

As a native Minnesotan with family ties to the quaint port-town of Grand Marais on Superior’s North Shore, I comb the lake’s pebble strewn beaches seeking the perfect natural stones to be set in precious metals and combined with gemstones, creating unique works of wearable art infused with the Spirit of Superior.
